Is Kindness our children's currency for success? Meet Yasmine Hammad

In this episode, I loved meeting Yasmine Hammad. Yasmine lives life with an always-on search for ways to make this world a kinder, more peaceful place for today and for the generation to come. As a mum, she wrote her first children’s book in 2019 titled “Blossoming Kindness”, and she is now committed to spreading the benefits of kindness far and wide. Our conversation focuses on the magical science of kindness and how it impacts our communities, schools, and homes, as well as the deep connection between empathy and being kind to others. Tune in and find out why kindness really is as good for us as individuals as it is for society as a whole.
