Soft skills are not soft; Meet Yadira Caro

In this episode, I am joined by the wonderful Yadira (Yadi) Caro, a technology consultant from Puerto Rico who has worked for the past ten years in the defense industry. Having launched her own podcast, Hardcore Soft Skills Podcast, which features experts in highly technical fields who have used soft skills to succeed, Yadi brings a huge passion to this conversation.

Our conversation focuses on those skills traditionally seen as "soft" and the pandemic's role in changing this viewpoint. Yadi shares what led her to start a conversation on "soft skills" and her learnings from meeting experts who share a similar passion. Tune in and join us! Two women trying to change perception!
