Do you have a plan B? Meet Al Sayyida Basma Al Said

In this episode, I am very proud to be joined by a prominent figure from the Arab world, Her Royal Highness Sayyida Basma Al Said. Being a mental health specialist and leader in the Middle East, she shares the importance of wellness, empathy, and mental health in today’s world and why more of us should be looking after this area of our lives. We talk about planning for the future, taking lessons from 2020 and creating our own 'magical' plan B.

Her approach to changing the face of mental health in the region led her to open Whispers of Serenity Clinic in Muscat, Oman, the first of its kind in the country. Recording this episode was an absolute highlight of my week, and I hope you enjoy it as much I did.
