Dramatic Creativity: Do our most tumultuous times drive us to cultivate our creativity? Meet Meritxell Garcia

In this episode, I am thrilled to have Meritxell Garcia from Spain. She is an empathy expert, coach, and author of El Arte de le Empatía (The Art of Empathy), a practical guide for highly sensitive people to thrive with the sensitivity that makes them unique. In this conversation, we are discussing creativity and its link with empathy.

Meritxell coins the term “Dramatic Creativity”. She believes human beings can go through something in life that can spark creativity naturally to find solutions, especially in extreme situations. She shares some of her personal stories that helped leverage her creativity more naturally. Tune in to this discussion and find out whether we are born with creativity, or is it a skill set?
