Sharing food, showing empathy: how one celebrity chef sees the world of food and connection; Meet Chef Zola Nene

In this episode, I am thrilled to have one of South Africa’s most celebrated chefs, Zola Nene. Based in Cape Town, she is the author of three cookbooks, a food stylist, and a television personality. She became a resident Chef of the popular show Expresso Morning Show. She is the host of her own cooking show Celeb Feasts with Zola. The work that she does represents her love for nature and the people in her life.

Our discussion focuses on sharing food and how it can be used to show empathy for others. Zola helps us understand the role food plays in our lives, how it bridges the divide and unifies us as humans. Tune in to this cheerful conversation and find out how this chef sees the world of food and connection.
